Shipping & Returns
Limited Availability. This will be shipped in 1-2 business days.
Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over 200CAD & 300CAD worldwide.
For International orders, our product costs do not include taxes and customs duties, which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.
If you wish to combine pre-ordered items with items currently in stock, please be aware that the entire order will be held until all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Refund & Cancelation Policy:
- Due to our limited inventory and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or cancellations. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a damaged item (does not include damage during transit), contact us at info@ongna.in within 7 days, providing details of the damages including photos/videos.
- Orders cannot be cancelled. If you want to make any changes, kindly email us at info@ongna.in.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
