Free Shipping on all orders over $250 USD.
For International orders, our product costs do not include taxes and custom duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.
If you wish to combine pre-ordered items with items currently in stock, please be aware that the entire order will be held until all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Refund & Cancelation Policy:
Every piece leaves our hands only after it passes a quality check — because once it's yours, it's yours for good.
ONGNA operates in small batches, which means we can't offer refunds or accept cancellations. If something arrives damaged, contact us at info@ongna.in within 7 days, providing details of the damage, including photos/videos. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ongna is an independent label and isn't backed by big bucks or outsourced capital. It's just me, pouring my heart and soul into each design.
